The Beit's Din of CTOMC serves the primary function of maintaining Halakha ( הלכה). Dealing with matters of biblical rulings with a focus on restoring Biblical emphasis on our daily lives.

The National Beit Din will rule on all credentials for Messianic Rabbi, Messianic Ro'eh, and Messianic Minister. All other credentials are done at the congregational, local, state/province, regional level.

Rulings on Simcha, Get, and all disputes concerning Halakha are determined on an individual basis, at the National or International Level.
Requests for a Get are NOT accepted at this time.

Any person bringing a dispute over halakha to the Beit Din agrees in advance that the ruling of the Beit Din will be final, and that an "Opinion" will be issued and posted as part of the regulations of CTOMC.

Basically if you don't want the answer don't ask the question, if your not going to abide by the decision of the Beit Din.

The International Beit Din is to be kept apprised of all actions by the Beit's Din of CTOMC. As per the Regulatons of CTOMC all rulings and opinions issued by the Beit's Din will be published on this site.
The only exception to this rule will be matters that are of a personal nature, and these are confidential.

All rulings pertaining to Halakha will be posted.

In the event that the Local Beit's Din can not come to a decision they may forward the matter to the next higher court for judgement. Upon doing so the Local/State/Provenc/Regional Beit Din agrees to abide by the rulling of the higher court.

CTOMC BEIT DIN Regulations:

The CTOMC International Beit Din shall be comprised of five (5) messianic rabbis appointed by the CTOMC Board of Directors. Members of the CTOMC International Beit Din must be ordained rabbis with a minimum seven years of messianic service. (The seven years can include prior ordinations if approved by the board.)

The National Beit Din shall be comprised of three (3) messianic rabbis selected by the international beit din based on recommendations from the separate boards from each country. Members of the CTOMC National Beit Din must be ordained rabbis with a minimum five years of messianic service.

So as not to start any controversy or arguments, women will not be included on the international or national bet din at this time.

The Regional/Provincial/State Beit Din shall be comprised of three (3) messianic rabbis and/or messianic ministers selected based on recommendations from the local congregations and approved by the national beit din of the country in question. Members of the CTOMC Regional Beit Din must be ordained with a minimum three years of messianic service.

All ordinations referred to above must be with CTOMC.

All decisions at the regional /provincial state level shall be forwarded to the CTOMC National and International Beit Din. Allrulings of all levels will be published.
